Santi Restaurante sits comfortably on the Alicante marina, offering a Mediterranean dining experience with a strong emphasis on fresh seafood. Positioned along Mlle. Levante, its setting provides diners with a relaxed view of the water, hinting at why this spot draws locals and visitors looking for a quiet, unhurried meal.

The atmosphere here is calm without feeling overly formal, with spacious table arrangements that avoid the cramped feeling some waterfront restaurants can have. It’s a place where you might linger over a plate of Arroz a Banda or grilled Gamba y Cigalas, soaking in the soft murmur of the marina alongside the subtle buzz of fellow diners. The service is friendly and professional, and while not overly flashy, it feels approachable—there's a genuine effort to make guests comfortable, even if the welcome can sometimes feel reserved.

Seafood clearly takes center stage, with offerings like Rodaballo, Lenguado, and Calamar a la Plancha consistently cooked well and fresh, which explains the steady crowd of regulars. But there are also well-prepared meat options, and starters such as Boquerones al Limón and Ensaladilla Rusa to round out the meal.

This spot suits those who appreciate quality over quick bites—its pricing leans a bit above average for Alicante, reflecting the quality of ingredients and the prime marina views. It's ideal for an early dinner where the sky can catch the last light over the boats, or a leisurely weekend lunch when the marina is lively but not overwhelming.

Local residents often return not just for the food but for the subtle rhythm of the place—the steady presence of familiar faces, the quiet comfort of a shared neighborhood table, and the view that connects the city to the sea.

  • Best for: Seafood lovers wanting well-executed Mediterranean dishes with a view.
  • Visitors: Local food enthusiasts and travelers seeking a relaxed waterfront setting.
  • Best time to visit: Late afternoons or early dinners to enjoy marina views in natural light.
  • Atmosphere: Casual yet refined, spacious seating, gentle marina ambience.

This is one of our go to restaurants in Alicante. The fish and seafood is really nice. Always well cooked and served in a great location overlooking the marina. I had the rodaballo last time and my wife had the lenguado. Both cooked to perfection Not the cheapest but certainly worth it

This is by far the BEST restaurant in Alicante! No doubt! Amazing food, honest (low!!) prices, perfect location and good menu. Go here! You won’t regret it. Order a lenguado/sole/zeetong! Absolutely the best!! Four negatives? Don’t let these pointers stop you: you still need to visit this restaurant! But maybe the owner can smile next time as well to unknown paying customers… 1. Don’t expect everybody to like dogs! My mother is afraid of dogs and did not like it that other guests came inside with a dog (it was even given water…). If you are alergic or afraid? Don’t expect everybody to like animals. 2. Second negative? The staff is véry friendly! Except the owner! We went twice to this restaurant and both times he walked passed our table not even looking at us. Only VIP important people that the owner/manager knows will be given a handshake. Others? Pffft, not important to him, so not worth looking at them. Even if you just knot hello to a table, that is enough. I was not worth of a friendly ‘hello’… I've had two delicious meals at this restaurant. I was eager to return for the sole. But it would be nice to just simply say hello or at least be friendly. He's truly rude, unless you're a VIP and an acquaintance of his. 3. Keep in mind that the word ‘cuota’ in Spanish means they already add a percentage to your bill. In this case 10%. Of course you also have to pay for the bread; as everywhere. 4. We booked a table because the windows are open with the best view ever! When we came into the restaurants the next day? The windows unfortunately closed and very cold due to the airconditioning. We booked this because of the open seating! But the great food and friendly staff made us come back later that week. Nót the owner!

Good selection of fish dishes and platters in the menu alongside meat options. A fair number of regular locals eating here when other dining options very close weren't attracting the same. Friendly, English speaking waiters and a relaxing place to eat and gaze at the marina and view to the city and castle beyond. Fair pricing and fresh tasty food, with a lovely view.

A warm welcome, great food and good ambiance. We enjoyed the black rice very much. We’ve tried it in lots of places but this was the best. We live locally so will return and recommend this lovely restaurant.

Perfect Mediterranean restaurant best for sea food at the marina. The tables are set up in a specious way where you don't feel like you are a packed like sardines. From appetizers to main course what we tried was great taste and perfect cooked. Service was friendly but professional. Highly recommend this place.
